400 gr of zucchini with skin
1 medium carrot
1 garlic clove
40 g grated mozzarella
40 g grated Parmesan cheese
90 gr of breadcrumbs
1 egg
A little bit of salt and pepper
A dash of AOVE

Step-by-step processing

  1. Put the onion, garlic, zucchini, a pinch of salt in the glass and program 10S V6
  2. Place the mixture in a strainer to drain all the water it releases, and when it has been a while (15M) squeeze it with a spoon to finish removing the excess liquid
  3. Put it back in the glass and add a pinch of salt and a bit of pepper, both cheeses, the egg and the breadcrumbs and mix 30S V3
  4. We form balls with the dough obtained, we crush them into a hamburger shape, and we put them on baking paper to prevent them from sticking to the plate.
  5. Pour AOVE into a frying pan and cook the hamburgers over a high heat, brown them and turn them over

We can also make the hamburgers in the oven, on baking paper, having preheated the oven to 200º about 15M
