
Yoghurt and vanilla steamer

A delicious, very fluffy and tasty dessert
Ingredients
- 80 gr AOVE
- 150 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of pastry flour
- 1 natural yogurt
- A pinch of salt
- 15 grams of Royal yeast
- 2 cdts vanilla essence
Step-by-step processing
- We sprayed the 10S V10 sugar in the glass of our monsieur cusine connect
- We add the eggs and mix 20S V3
- We add the OVE, salt, yogurt and flour and mix 15S V5
- We add the yeast and mix 1M V5
- Pour into the buttered mould and sprinkle with flour
- Cover with aluminum foil and place 3 sheets of absorbent paper towels on top to collect the water that remains in the lid of the rod
- Pour 1200 ml of water into the glass and put the lid on, raising the STEAM function to 60M
- When we’re done, we wait for at least 10M
