Valencian Paella

Paella valenciana is a traditional dish of the Valencian Country with which rice, vegetables and meat are used. It can be eaten at any time but especially with friends, parties or family. The paella was made especially with 5 ingredients, but it has been evolving and many recipes have been made. We have made this one and it is really spectacular. It is a recipe for 4 people. It uses quality dishes, which do not weigh and keep a good presentation for the paella. Do not let them escape!

Valencian Paella with Monsieur Cuisine


Green pepper 60 grams
Red pepper 60 grams
Chicken wings 4 units
Round grain rice 400 grams
Green beans 150 grams
Broth (vegetable or meat) 600 ml
Garlic cloves 4
Tomato 1
Olive oil 2 tablespoons
Sweet pepper 1 tablespoon
Saffron strands 1 pinch
Parsley 1 pinch
Salt 2 tablespoons (or to taste)

Instructions for use 30 minutes

1- In the glass, introduce the chopped tomato, parsley, chopped garlic, and 40 gr. of red pepper and 40 gr. of green pepper. Add the oil and crush it for 10 seconds at speed 5.

2- Once finished, fry it for 5 minutes.

3- Then we introduce the 150 gr. of green beans and the chicken wings and we program to fry during 3 minutes.

4- Add the broth, salt, spoonful of pepper and saffron strands and program for 11 minutes at 120ºC speed 1, reverse.

5- Introduce the rice and the 20 gr. of red and green pepper that had been set aside. All this during 5 minutes, temperature 100ºC and speed 1, reverse.

6- Finally we could finish the recipe in a paella for 10 minutes to make it drier. If you prefer something more broth, you can finish it in the robot for 10 minutes at speed 1, temperature 100ºC and reverse.

7- When we see the broth dry, the Valencian paella will be ready. Before serving it, let it rest for about 10 minutes.
