  • 50 gr dark chocolate
  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 500 gr mascarpone cheese
  • 160 gr coffee
  • 250 g sunflower cake
  • 1 pinch of ground coffee
  • 30 gr amaretto

Step-by-step processing

  1. Put the mascarpone in a bowl and leave it at room temperature for at least 30M
  2. We prepare the coffee and reserve it by adding half of amaretto
  3. We put the chocolate in pieces in the jar and crush 20S V8 and reserve. While we clean and let dry well
  4. We reserved the chocolate on the side. Clean and dry the carafe and the blades
  5. Place the butterfly on the blades and pour the egg whites into the jar and mount 10M V4
  6. We put the mounted egg whites in a bowl and reserve them in the fridge. We clean and dry the carafe and the blades
  7. Add the egg yolks and sugar to the jar and mount 5M V3
  8. Add the mascarpone through the hole in the lid to spoonfuls of 30 gr approximately one every 30S until the cheese is finished and then add the other half of amaretto and put 5M V3
  9. Slowly add the mounted egg whites through the hole in the lid and beat 30S V2
  10. We bathe the biscuits in the coffee and make a layer in a high edge aluminium mould, cover with the prepared cream and make another layer of biscuits and cover with the rest of the cream.
  11. Decorate with the crushed chocolate and a sprinkling of ground coffee. Leave in the fridge for 6 hours before eating
