Steamed mussels with tomato sauce
Some fast, rich and healthy mussels with which we will have a dinner or a meal solved thanks to the speed and the little we will dirty, helping us with our monsieur cuisine connect.
1/2 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
40 ml of AOVE
3 to mates or a jar of crushed natural tomatoes
Ground pepper to taste
- To begin with, we put the mussels in the steamer and look at them, as they open up, we leave them in a separate container
- In the glass put onion, garlic, oil, tomato and a pinch of pepper and set 10M SOFREIR KEY 70º
- Then we grind 1M V4 and we only have to serve it over the mussels we have reserved.
