If we have a dinner, we prepare this recipe in the morning and while our guests enjoy a snack we can finish the recipe. The recipe will be super easy and fast with our already friendly monsieur cuisine connect


200 gr shrimps
2 leeks
4 crab sticks
150 g flour
30 g butter
30 gr olive oil
salt and pepper
700 ml milk at room temperature
2 eggs
bread crumbs

Step-by-step processing

  1. We put the peeled prawns and the sticks in the glass and chop up 10S V8
  2. We take out of the glass and reserve
  3. We put the leek in pieces and chop up the 5S V8
  4. Add the oil and butter to the glass and cook 5M V2 120º
  5. Add the previously crushed shrimp and stick mixture, add salt and pepper and program 3M V1 120º
  6. We added flour and mixed 5S V4
  7. We cook 1M V2 100º.
  8. Add the milk and nutmeg and add 20M V3 100º
  9. The dough obtained is left to cool in the refrigerator and then formed into croquettes by passing them through beaten egg and breadcrumbs
  10. We end up frying them in hot oil and abundant
