If we have a dinner, we prepare this recipe in the morning and while our guests enjoy a snack we can finish the recipe. The recipe will be super easy and fast with our already friendly monsieur cuisine connect
Ingredients
200 gr shrimps
2 leeks
4 crab sticks
150 g flour
30 g butter
30 gr olive oil
salt and pepper
700 ml milk at room temperature
nutmeg
2 eggs
bread crumbs
Step-by-step processing
- We put the peeled prawns and the sticks in the glass and chop up 10S V8
- We take out of the glass and reserve
- We put the leek in pieces and chop up the 5S V8
- Add the oil and butter to the glass and cook 5M V2 120º
- Add the previously crushed shrimp and stick mixture, add salt and pepper and program 3M V1 120º
- We added flour and mixed 5S V4
- We cook 1M V2 100º.
- Add the milk and nutmeg and add 20M V3 100º
- The dough obtained is left to cool in the refrigerator and then formed into croquettes by passing them through beaten egg and breadcrumbs
