
Sandy Ice Cream

Do you like ice cream, Sandy? Well, let’s do it with our lidl thermomix and you’ll see that you won’t leave the house to enjoy it anymore.
Ingredients
500 g of milk
30 gr of cornstarch
100 gr of sugar
30 g of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
4 egg whites
40 g sugar for whipping the egg whites
Step-by-step processing
- We dissolve the cornstarch in some milk and put it in the glass
- Add the sugar, the rest of the milk, the butter, the vanilla and program 10M 100º V2
- We put the mixture in a container and keep it in the fridge until it is completely cold
- When the mixture is cold, put 40 grams of sugar in the glass and program 15S progressive speed from 5 to 10. Place the butterfly on the blades and mount the egg whites, program 8M V3 and when 15S is missing, add the cream very cold
- We put the mixture in a container and keep it in the freezer
