Russian Salad

The first original recipe of the Russian Salad was in Moscow and it was a mixture of prawns, tuna, anchovies, olives and crab all mixed with mayonnaise. We haven’t changed it much either, but we are sure you will like it just as much or even more than the original.

With Monsieur Cuisine, Russian Salad


3 or 4 medium potatoes
100 gr. of frozen peas
270 g of mayonnaise
3 cans of tuna
4 eggs
1 large carrot

Instructions for use

1- To begin with, introduce 1 litre of water into the glass, take the basket and put in the 4 eggs. Also take the tray, and at the bottom place the 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut. And in the upper part we will place the peas and the carrot, also peeled and cut into small pieces. We program steamer for 35 minutes at 120 º C temperature.
2- Once finished, we peel the eggs and put them inside the glass without the water. Programmed to grind for 5 seconds at speed 4.
3- Now we mix all the ingredients, the potato, the carrots, the peas, the tuna, the eggs, the olives and the mayonnaise and we will have the Russian Salad ready.


The recipe for Russian Salad, is made in a steamer mode the foods like egg, carrot and potato. In this way we leave some foods tender and made and prepared to mix with other foods.

If you want a healthier recipe, you should remove the mayonnaise and add a little oil and salt. The taste will not be the same, but you will have a 100% healthy dish
