Roast chicken in a bag

We are going to make a very rich and healthy chicken without dirtying anything, using the roasting bags in our Monsieur Cuisine. You’ll see what a delicacy.

Ingredients

1 dash of AOVE
1 and a half liters of water
6 chicken thighs
1 red pepper, cut into long strips
1 green pepper, cut into long strips
4 large potatoes in large chunks
Salt to taste
Garlic powder
The juice of a lemon
Parsley powder
White pepper
Provençal herbs

Step-by-step processing

  1. In a bowl we put the thighs with the AOVE and we put the spices and wrap them well.
  2. Put the thighs already marinated in the spices in an oven roasting bag and add the potatoes, peppers and a little salt on top. Close the bag with the tape and shake well.
  3. We put in the tray of the rod, we throw the water and we program 100º V2 25M.
  4. When the time is up, open carefully, turn the bag over and set the same time and temperature again.

Notes
To get more color, once finished we can put in the oven to brown.
