Rice in broth with seafood
Have you ever had guests in the house and you don’t know what to do? This rice with seafood is quick to prepare and will get you out of more than one predicament.
Rice with seafood broth with Monsieur Cuisine
Rice (long or round) 200 grams
Paella preparation (frozen) 300 grams
Green and/or red peppers 50 grams
Carrot 60 grams
Crushed tomato 150 grams
Onion 100 grams
Garlic cloves 2
Water 1 liter
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
Salt To taste
Instructions for use 35 minutes
1- We program the machine in steam mode for 5 minutes. Pour the litre of water into the glass and place the 300g of seafood in the basket. Once finished we separate the broth.
2- After 5 minutes, add the onion, peppers, carrot and garlic and blend at speed 5 for 5 minutes.
3- Add oil and crushed tomato and sauté for 12 minutes.
4- Add the paprika and put it at 100º speed 2 and about 20 seconds.
5- Finally, add the broth, rice and salt. Put the seafood in the basket and set it at 100º, speed 1 , backwards for 12 minutes.
We can adapt this brothy rice with seafood with lobster, prawns, chicken, prawns, cod, clams, rabbit etc… It’s all a matter of imagination and flavours. They can be adapted in many ways, removing or adding similar ingredients. Above all it is important to follow the steps well so that there are no mistakes and the flavours can change.
The time of presentation is important, that is why whenever we say, for example, that the tomatoes must be cut, we will cut them with the maximum delicacy and with a good presentation.
