Pizza dough is a typical dish of Italian cuisine and we will use it to introduce the ingredients we want and then cook it in the oven. It looks great, it’s an easy recipe and it’s within the vegan food.
With Monsieur Cuisine, Pizza Dough


Water 200 ml.
Virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons
Flour of strength 400 grams
Fresh yeast 15 grams
Salt To taste

Instructions for use 2 minutes

1- To start the pizza dough, introduce 3 spoonfuls of oil and the 200 ml. of water in the glass and program 1 minute at speed 1 and a temperature of 40ºC.
2. Add the yeast packet to the glass and program this time again for 10 seconds at speed 4.
3. Finally, add the 400 grams of flour and a pinch of salt. Start the kneading program.
4- We introduce the pizza dough in a bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then we take out the dough and with the help of a roller we knead the dough in a round shape until it is the shape we want.
5- Once finished, introduce the ingredients you want in the dough and put it in the oven until you see that it is ideal for your taste.
The amount used in the pizza dough can be for one large pizza or two medium ones. Once finished we will introduce the ingredients we like the most. We have made it with tomato, mozzarella, basil and oregano in the most Italian style.
With the pizza dough, we can make what is called a calzone, it is about folding the dough over itself with the ingredients inside. The calzone is also typical of Italy, and was used by our ancestors to eat the rest of the food that was left over.
To heat the pizza with the ingredients you will need to use your home oven and set it to a temperature between 180-200ºC but if your oven reaches 250ºC do not hesitate to set it to the maximum temperature. The best pizzas are made in wood-fired ovens, and these can be over 400ºC.
