Small onion 1
Pasta 500 grams
Bacon 150 grams
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
300 ml cooking cream.
Grated Parmesan cheese 100 grams.
Water 1 and a half liter
Salt To taste
Instructions for use
1- Put the small onion, the bacon and the salt in the glass and program 12 seconds at speed 6.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and re-programme for 7 minutes at speed 1 and SF.
3. Add 300 ml of cream, 50 g of grated cheese and mix for 3 seconds at speed 3.
4. Put all the food on a plate and set aside.
5- Finally, introduce the 500 gr of pasta, salt and pepper to our taste and program 15 minutes at speed 1 and temperature 100ºC. Look at the pasta until it is made, as the time may vary depending on the brand.
6- Take out the pasta and mix it with the ondo plate that we have reserved. Stir the ingredients well and it will be ready.
