500 gr of cream
2 sachets of curd
30 ml of sweetener, the equivalent of 200 g of sugar
Step-by-step processing
- Beat the cheese, cream and sugar 1M V6 and reserve
- We add the milk and curd, 30S V4 and then we program 12M V1 110
- Next we programmed 5M 130º
- We mix it with the first preparation we have in reserve and put it in the moulds.
