
Molten Chocolate
Melted chocolate is achieved by mixing sugar with cocoa. Once this mixture is obtained, we can vary the flavour by adding different portions such as nuts, milk, etc… Melting the chocolate at a high temperature will make it melt and give it a thicker touch, like the chocolate in a cup. It is included in the easy recipes and the vegan food of Monsieur Cuisine.
Recipe for Melted Chocolate with Monsieur Cuisine
Ingredients
250 grams of dark chocolate.
Instructions for use
- Chop the chocolate into small portions and put it in the glass, place the meter and program 15 seconds at speed 8 to chop it.
Once chopped, lower the remains with the spatula and program for 2:40 minutes at speed 1 and temperature of 50 º C to melt. The melted chocolate will be ready.
Specifications
Once the recipe is finished, if we see that there are any remains on the wall of the glass, we will have to lower them and reprogram 1 minute at speed 1 and temperature of 50ºC, as the pieces of the wall will not have been discarded.
To the recipe of Melted Chocolate, we can add butter (not suitable for vegans), saccharine or chocolate mixtures, always keeping the same amount.
