Meatballs in sauce
Meatballs in sauce are balls of minced meat and their name comes from Catalonia and Valencia. Each place uses its variants such as introducing them in the soup, in the baked rice or mixed with minced fish or even with some seafood. We have made it with sauce and the taste we have given it is irresistible.

To make the meatballs with sauce, we will use the oven to make the meatballs. We can also fry them but we recommend baking them as they have much more flavor and are healthier. The type of sauce we have added is optional, there are many sauces we can play with and we can add to the meatballs. Salt is optional, but if a pinch of salt is recommended, it is always better to abuse it.
Traditionally the meatballs in sauce are eaten as a second course, accompanied by something lighter like a salad or a soft cream. They can also be made without the sauce and introduced in the soup or in some flavored broth.
