Lightweight Chicken Meatballs

Light meatballs in our thermomix of lidl, with a powerful flavor and very very rich and easy


170 g carrot
4 garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
50 g breadcrumbs
2 eggs
50 g milk
1 tsp salt
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of black pepper
500 g minced meat
Flour for batter
230 g onion
50 gr AOVE
2 tbsp. fried tomato
300 ml water
1 meat lime tablet
100 gr white wine

Step-by-step processing

  1. We put in the jug of our monsieur cuisine connect the carrot, 2 garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley and we put it 10S V7
  2. Add 2 eggs, milk, salt, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 1 pinch of black pepper and program 20S V4
  3. Then we add the minced meat and put 30S V4
  4. Now we form small balls with the mixture obtained and we pass them through flour. We put it on the baking tray with vegetable paper and we put them in the oven at 10M 180º with heat on both sides
  5. Now we put the sauce in the glass, onion, 2 garlic and put 5S V5
  6. Add AOVE and stir by pressing the SOFREIR KEY 8M V1
  7. Add the fried tomato and sauté this time by pressing the SOFREÍR KEY 3M V1
  8. Then add the water, the stock cube, a pinch of nutmeg, a pinch of black pepper, the white wine and cover it by removing the measuring cap and frying 10M V1 SOFREIR KEY
  9. We put the measuring cap on and put in 20S V6
  10. We add the sauce to the meatballs on top and ready to eat

We can also fry the meatballs (although they wouldn’t be as light) 😉
