This time we are going to create a classic of the cakes, the ingredients are very easy to have at home.
With this delicious and tasty lemon cake that we have made with the MC connect (we can also make it in the plus) we will leave our guests wanting to repeat


  • 2 small lemons
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 200 g of butter
  • Butter and flour for the mould
  • 1 lemon
  • 100 g of icing sugar

Step-by-step processing

  1. Grease a rectangular mould with butter and sprinkle with flour
  2. We squeeze the lemons and reserve the juice
  3. Put the eggs in the glass, with the sugar and salt, and beat 1M V4 (until frothy)
  4. We add the flour, the yeast, the butter and stir 45S V4
  5. We pour in the lemon juice and mix 2M V4
  6. We turn the dough in the mold and bake 50M (the oven will be previously heated)
  7. We let the cake cool down.
  8. And finish it off with a glaze: squeeze the lemon, mix the juice with the icing sugar and paint the cake with it
