Incredible this cake, we’ll have to make it to know what I mean by incredible… It wouldn’t be so easy to make if it wasn’t for our famous thermomix of lidl

250 g of pastry flour
75 g of cocoa powder
400 g of sugar
2 and ½ tsp bicarbonate
250g of black Guinness beer
250 g butter at room temperature
140 gr of whipping cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla essence

300 g Philadelphia cream cheese
150 g icing sugar
350 g whipping cream

Step-by-step processing

  1. Pour in the glass, flour, cocoa, sugar, bicarbonate and mix 15S V5
  2. We put in beer and butter and mix 3M 50º V2. We reserve
  3. We add cream, vanilla and eggs and beat 25S V2
  4. Now we put V3 without time and we incorporate the mixture that we have reserved of flour, sugar and bicarbonate and cocoa until we see that it is well mixed
  5. We pour into a pre-greased mould. We bake at 180º 50M
  6. We check that it is well cooked by inserting a stick (since each oven is a world)

  1. We pour the sugar and do it in glazes by programming 30S progressive speed 5-9
  2. We program V3, without time and we add the cheese spread by the mouth and we reserve
  3. Put the butterfly and cream (which must be very cold) and mount V3 without time (be careful not to go too far and end up with butter)
  4. We put the whipped cream and the mixture of glazes with in spread cheese with winding movements, we can already spread it on our Guinness Cake.

Estaremos encantados de escuchar lo que piensas
