The recipe for stew broth is simple and we have classified it as one of the easy recipes. Simply choose the foods you like best, add water and cook them together. We have made it this way, but in specifications you can see the amount of ingredients you can add.

Cooking broth recipe with Monsieur Cuisine


Pork ribs
Veal rib
Chicken thigh
Ham bone
White bone
Turkey thigh
1 liter of water
Salt to taste

Instructions for use

  1. We introduce all the ingredients inside the glass of the robot, and we program during 30 minutes at speed 1 and temperature of 100ºC.


Once finished, the broth stew will be ready. We can remove the broth in different containers, and add another liter of water and repeat step number 1. This way, we will have more containers of broth to keep in the fridge.

We have made the broth or stew, with meat bones, but we can add vegetables, such as cabbage, potatoes, carrots, turnips, etc. Also legumes like beans or chickpeas or add or remove the ingredients we want. Once finished, another option is to add cooked pasta to give more force to the dish or even an egg. We have many options of ingredients to this dish of cooked broth.

It is important that the speed of Monsieur Cuisine either Plus or Connect is 1, because if we increase the speed, the ingredients can be crushed.
