Coconut and lemon flan

50 g of grated coconut
the skin of half a lemon
600 g of semi-skimmed milk
400 g of liquid cream
2 sachets of curd
130 gr. of sugar (panela)
Liquid caramel

Step-by-step processing

  1. Put the lemon peel and the grated coconut in the glass and program 10S V progressively from 5 to 9
  2. We add the other ingredients, except the liquid caramel and we program 8M 90º V4
  3. While the mixture is cooking, we caramelize the mold(s).
  4. Pour the mixture on the caramelized mold(s) and let it cool down. When they are cold, put them in the fridge for a few hours.
