
Chocolate Cookies

Do not miss these delicious chocolate cookies with that white touch that gives the icing sugar, you’ll be enjoying them while they remain, thanks to our thermomix of lidl.
Ingredients
210 g flour
½ tsp royal yeast
2 eggs
100 g brown sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla essence
250 g chocolate fondant or pastry
55 g butter
optional icing sugar
Step-by-step processing
- Mix flour with yeast with a fork and set aside
- Place the butterfly and add the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla and program 8M 37º V3
- We melt butter and chocolate in a micro or bain-marie
- We add to the mixture we have in the 10S V2 cup
- Put in V2 and slowly pour the flour through the hole in the cup
- We throw it in a bowl and leave it in the freezer for about 30M
- We take portions of the dough, form balls the size of a ping pong ball and batter them in icing sugar (optional) and place them on the baking tray with baking paper to prevent them from touching each other
- We take 10/12M to the oven at 180º
