200 g butter at room temperature
150 g of soluble chocolate powder
110 g of semi-skimmed milk
200 g of pastry flour
1 sachet of baking powder 15g
Step-by-step processing
- Put the eggs, honey and sugar in the glass and mix 2M V3
- We add the butter and program 1M V3 37°.
- We add the chocolate and milk and mix 20S V3
- We pour into a buttered mold
- We introduce in the oven 35-40M. It depends on our oven
- We remove the mold and let it cool on a rack
