Cilantro 10 grams
Instructions for use
1- To begin with, add the chopped onion, garlic, the squeezed lemon, the chemical yeast, the 20 gr. of parsley, the coriander and the black pepper. Program 10 seconds at speed 7. Once finished, lower the ingredients that have been left on the wall and reprogram 10 seconds at speed 7.
2- Set aside the remaining dough and, without washing the glass, add the raw chickpeas and salt. Remember that the chickpeas must be soaked for 8 hours beforehand. Program 10 seconds at speed 7. We lower the remains again and reprogram 10 seconds at speed 7.
3- Now we add the reserve that we had previously reserved and mix it with the paste that is left from the chickpeas. We program 10 seconds at speed 4.
4- We leave the mixture to rest for 30 or 40 minutes and after this time we make the shape of the hamburgers. We make them the way we want, bigger or smaller. Once they are ready, we can put them through the fire again and again to make them a little toasty.
It is important that the chickpeas are not cooked, but raw, because that way we will get a paste like Hummus and we are not interested. The chickpeas must be left to soak for 8 hours before to leave them well hydrated.
The yeast is important to add it in the first step, just when we add the lemon, because that way it will be a fluffier dough and easier to work.
