Ingredients
125 g sugar
120 ml warm milk
2 eggs 1 will be for painting
20 g fresh yeast
250 gr mascarpone
520 g strong flour
Step-by-step processing
- We crush sugar in V PROGRESSIVE FROM 5 TO 10 20S
- We add milk, yeast and egg 2M 37º V3
- We added mascarpone 1M V3
- Put the flour, a pinch of salt and press the KNEAD 4M button
- We let it go for 1 hour
- We put in the mold balls of approximately 100 gr and let them gather
- We put in the oven 35 or 40 minutes at 180º
