4 eggs
500 g of milk
120 g sugar
1 tsp. vanilla essence


3 medium eggs
90 g sugar
90 g pastry flour


6 tbsp sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Step-by-step processing

  1. Put the oven tray at mid-height with a container of water (without filling it too much, since we will put the mould in it later) reheat the oven to 180º up and down
  2. Pour the sugar and lemon juice into a frying pan and cook until the caramel is formed and set aside
  3. We pour the ingredients of the custard into the glass and mix 10S V3. Pour the mixture into the mould (which we will have with the caramel)
  4. We put butterfly on the blades. Add the eggs and sugar to the glass and program 5M V4
  5. We add the flour and program 4S V2 and finish mixing with the spatula so that the eggs do not fall. We remove the butterfly.
  6. Pour the mixture over the custard
  7. We put in the oven and cook in a bain-marie, for 30M 180º heat up and down
  8. We check that it’s curdled by puncture, if it’s missing, we put in a few more minutes
  9. When it’s cold, we unmold it
