Something original and different? Here we have it, a tasty sponge cake with flan, you will see how you succeed with this succulent dessert. Let’s grab our lidl thermomix and get to work.
Ingredients
FLAN
4 eggs
500 g of milk
120 g sugar
1 tsp. vanilla essence
BIZCOCHO
3 medium eggs
90 g sugar
90 g pastry flour
CARAMEL
6 tbsp sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Step-by-step processing
- Put the oven tray at mid-height with a container of water (without filling it too much, since we will put the mould in it later) reheat the oven to 180º up and down
- Pour the sugar and lemon juice into a frying pan and cook until the caramel is formed and set aside
- We pour the ingredients of the custard into the glass and mix 10S V3. Pour the mixture into the mould (which we will have with the caramel)
- We put butterfly on the blades. Add the eggs and sugar to the glass and program 5M V4
- We add the flour and program 4S V2 and finish mixing with the spatula so that the eggs do not fall. We remove the butterfly.
- Pour the mixture over the custard
- We put in the oven and cook in a bain-marie, for 30M 180º heat up and down
- We check that it’s curdled by puncture, if it’s missing, we put in a few more minutes
- When it’s cold, we unmold it
